Industrial Rubber – The material for every application
Below you will find an overview of our range of individual types and variants of technical rubbers.
Different types of rubber are suitable for different applications.
We offer a comprehensive range of technical rubbers to provide the right solution for very specific applications and uses.
Rubber is available in rolls, but we also supply precision cut sections and produce flat seals and other custom products.
More information about our rubber processing capabilities and our production can be found here.
For detailed technical data sheets of individual rubbers, please contact us.
If you are interested, we will be happy to send you a printed version of this catalogue.
SBR – GENERAL PURPOSE RUBBER
Technical rubber type SBR is designed for universal use wherever the material is not subject to increased mechanical, temperature and other requirements.
NBR – RUBBER RESISTANT TO OILS AND PETROLEUM PRODUCTS
NBR rubber is particularly resistant to mineral and animal oils, fats, petrol, diesel and petroleum products in general.
EPDM – WEATHERPROOF RUBBER
EPDM rubber is resistant to weather conditions, ageing and has good chemical resistance – it is resistant to acids, alkalis and alcohols as well as brake fluid.
NR – PARAGUM, ABRASION RESISTANT RUBBER
Rubber with excellent mechanical properties.
Excellent abrasion resistance, elasticity and toughness.
FPM – HEAT AND CHEMICAL RESISTANT RUBBER
Technical rubber with excellent resistance to high temperatures and aggressive chemicals.
SILICONE (SI, MVQ, VMQ) – FDA APPROVAL
Silicone rubber is mainly used in the food industry due to the fact that it does not affect the taste or smell of the medium with which it is in contact.
CR – NEOPRENE – AGEING RESISTANT RUBBER
Rubber resistant to aging, UV radiation, ozone, weather conditions.
FLOOR RUBBERS
Rubber with a moulded surface designed for laying on floors.
PUR – POLYURETHANE – EXCELLENT MECHANICAL PROPERTIES
Rubber with excellent mechanical properties, toughness, excellent elasticity and abrasion resistance.
PVC SOFTENED – POLYVINYL CHLORIDE (PVC-P)
Material used mainly for the production of slatted screens, swing gates.
However, it is also used in the production of seals, anti-vibration elements, etc.
OTHER RUBBER MATERIALS
Rubber from less commonly used polymers and compounds.
FLAT SEALING AND RUBBER PROCESSING – OUR PRODUCTION
Industrial rubbers – examples of our production
Industrial rubber in rolls
We offer industrial rubbers in rolls with a standard width of 1400 mm, but other widths can be supplied if required.
The roll length is usually 10,000 mm.
The basis of our product range consists of rubber materials such as SBR, NBR, EPDM, NR, FPM, MVQ, CR, PUR and flooring rubbers, but we also offer many other special rubber compounds and partial material and colour variants of technical rubbers, including types with FDA approval.
According to the operating conditions of the application, we will select the most suitable industrial rubber for you.
We always try to meet the material requirements as closely as possible, taking into account the function and performance of the material or final part, as well as the price and delivery date.
Cuttings and customized formatting
We will format the printed technical rubber to your exact dimensions according to your requirements.
For formatting and cutting, we mainly use our CNC plotter with a working area of 3100 x 2100 mm, which makes formatting fast, efficient and very accurate.
If necessary, we also use waterjet cutting technology.
We keep a range of base materials in stock in a variety of thicknesses so that we are able to respond flexibly to urgent requirements or the need for piece quantities only.
Flat seals, rubber products
We further process the industrial rubber on our CNC machines and can produce many finished parts according to your specifications.
These are mainly flat seals, but also various glued parts (rubber hoppers, sleeves, etc.).
We produce flat seals primarily on our KiMLA BPF CNC plotter with a working area of 2100 x 3100 mm. Thanks to our technological equipment, we can efficiently produce large and complex products, both piece quantities and large batches.
The cutting of different industrial rubbers requires different technological processes, mainly due to the stiffness and toughness of some materials.
We draw on our many years of experience to ensure that we always produce a product of the highest quality and precision.
Rubber products
We also provide production of other custom rubber and rubber products.
These are mainly silentblocks, bellows, rubber springs, anti-vibration elements and other products.
Our production capabilities also include parts combining metal and rubber. We can provide complete production of towing wheels including metal centres, rubberised castors, atypical silentblocks, rubberised rails, pulleys and more.
We offer many starting rubber compounds as well as polyurethane.
We provide the complete production process from the design and recommendation of suitable material, through the design and preparation of the production mould to the actual production and final processing of the product.
We also perform vulcanization of rubber – production of closed rings, etc. Vulcanization is a chemical reaction in which the molecules of the material are cross-linked, thus obtaining greater elasticity.
Our quality guarantee
Our company has obtained the EN ISO 9001:2016 certificate . Not only in the production of custom parts from engineering plastics and the handling of these materials, we follow the principles of this certification
and thanks to this we can bring our customers a level of products and services that meets the most stringent quality requirements.
