H-NBR ED
H-NBR ED material offers increased resistance to high temperatures and enhanced abrasion resistance compared to NBR 85 Sh.A while maintaining high elastic properties. It can be used for operating temperatures from -20°C to +150°C. When used with hot air, temperature resistance is up to +180°C.
The abbreviation ED stands for “Explosive Decompression” and indicates that the material can be used in contact with gases. In this regard, it has been tested according to NORSOK M710.
It is resistant to low-polar and non-polar substances – mineral oils (lubricants, hydraulic oils, fuels), vegetable and animal fats, aliphatic hydrocarbons, HFA, HFB and HFC fluids. It is also suitable for long-term use in water and for diluted inorganic acids and bases.
It is not resistant to aromatic and polar solvents, or concentrated acids and bases.
