PTFE + 25% Carbon

PTFE+Carbon material can be used for operating temperatures from -200°C to +260°C.

This is a filled PTFE material, where 75% consists of pure PTFE and 25% carbon.

Due to the carbon additive, the material exhibits higher hardness, increased resistance to creep, thermal conductivity, and enhanced wear resistance due to friction compared to pure PTFE.

Due to these properties, this type is most commonly used for rotational dynamic applications.
