Uniflon 50

Uniflon 50 is an asbestos-free sealing sheet made from biaxially oriented PTFE, which excellently conforms to the surface of flanges. It is designed for reliable sealing of flange joints made of glass, ceramics, or plastics, including uneven or deformed surfaces.

The material is suitable for almost all chemicals within the pH range of 0–14, except for molten alkali metals, fluorine, and hydrofluoric acid. The sheet is easily modified by cutting.

The long-term temperature resistance of the material is: 260 °C
Maximum operating pressure: 85 bar
