Technical plastics, plastics machining

Engineering Plastics – From starting material to final product

We offer a complete range of all commonly used engineering plastics for a variety of (not only) industrial applications and uses.
We also form, mill, turn and otherwise machine engineering plastics on our own CNC machines to produce parts to your exact requirements.

POLOTOVARY

Plates, pipes, rods

We offer materials in standard formats (usually 2000 x 1000 mm, 3000 x 1250 mm).
The standard length of bars or tubes is 1000 mm. The basis of our assortment consists of materials PE, PA, PP, PVC, POM, ABS, PTFE, PC, PEEK, but we also offer many other types and partial material and colour variants of technical plastics.
Based on the operating conditions of the application, we will select the most suitable technical plastic for you.
We always try to meet the material requirements as closely as possible, taking into account the function and performance of the material as well as the price and delivery date.

CASES

Cuttings and customized formatting

We will format the printed material into precise cross-sections for you according to your requirements.
For formatting we use formatting saws and also CNC milling centre.
The standard tolerance for the length and width of the cross-section is +/- 1 mm when using a formatting saw.
When using a CNC milling machine we can achieve tolerances even more precise.
We use band saws for cutting tubes and bars.
The thickness tolerance is determined by the production program, but if necessary we can flat mill the material to any thickness and achieve very precise dimensional tolerance as well as flatness and quality of the final surface.
We maintain a range of base materials in stock to ensure we are able to respond flexibly to urgent requirements or the need for piece quantities only.

FABRICATED PARTS

Plastic machining, finished products

We further machine technical plastics on our own CNC machines and are able to produce finished parts according to specifications.
For machining we use mainly the KiMLA BPF CNC milling centre with a working area of 2100 x 3100 mm and a CNC lathe with the possibility of machining up to 500 mm in diameter.
Thanks to our technological equipment, we can efficiently produce large and complex products, both in piece quantities and large series. Machining engineering plastics requires different technological procedures than machining metal materials.
We draw on our many years of experience to always produce a product of the highest quality and precision. More about our technological equipment can be found here.
