Flat gasket

Flat gaskets are an indispensable and crucial component in many industrial applications. We typically manufacture them from asbestos-free fiber-rubber sheets and rubber materials. Depending on the application, materials based on PTFE, graphite materials, mica-containing materials, and other specialized materials are also used.

We manufacture on CNC routers with a working area of 3100 x 2100 mm. This allows us to produce large parts and efficiently utilize materials while minimizing waste. Thanks to our technological equipment and production capacity, we can offer manufacturing of extensive series, but we are also happy to handle one-off or small-series production.

We keep the most frequently used types of materials in stock, allowing us to respond flexibly to urgent needs and requirements.

We are aware of how important and sometimes critical flat gaskets are for the smooth operation of machines. Therefore, we manufacture them with an emphasis on maximum precision and quality to ensure their full functionality. We most frequently produce flat gaskets for sealing flanges, fittings, flat joints, sealing pipe systems, gases, oils, fuels, or cooling liquids. Additionally, we produce them for thermal insulation applications, sound insulation, as wear-resistant elements, hopper linings, and for many other applications.
