The production of sealing elements from polyurethanes, rubbers, elastomers, and plastics traditionally takes place using injection molding technology. This method is very effective for large series, however, smaller or piece production cannot be realized with this technology, mainly for time and economic reasons.
However, we can machine these materials on a specialized CNC lathe, which brings a number of advantages:
