C-HPU 57 Sh.D

The material Polyurethane C-HPU 57 Sh.D can be used for operating temperatures from -30°C to +110°C.

Due to its hardness, it is particularly suitable for the production of support rings, but it is also used in the manufacture of other sealing elements. It is also excellent for producing piston seals designed for high-pressure loads.

It is resistant to low-polar and non-polar substances – mineral oils (lubricants, hydraulic oils, fuels), vegetable and animal fats, aliphatic hydrocarbons, HFA, HFB, and HFC fluids. It is also suitable for long-term use in water (resistant to hydrolysis) and for diluted inorganic acids and bases.

It is not resistant to aromatic and polar solvents, or concentrated acids and bases.
