H-PU MDx

The H-PU MDx Polyurethane material can be used for operating temperatures ranging from -20°C to +90°C. It is a special type of material with magnetic additives, allowing it to be detected by metal detectors.

It is a versatile material for the production of sealing elements, distinguished by its mechanical properties, high abrasion resistance, elasticity, and other parameters.

It is resistant to low-polarity and non-polar substances – mineral oils (lubricants, hydraulic oils, fuels), vegetable and animal fats, aliphatic hydrocarbons, HFA, HFB, and HFC liquids. It is also suitable for long-term use in water (it is resistant to hydrolysis) and for diluted inorganic acids and bases.

It is not resistant to aromatic and polar solvents, or concentrated acids and bases.
