Seal manufacturing – From starting material to final product

We manufacture seals from many materials. Typically these are flat gaskets made from asbestos-free plates and rubbers, but we can also produce gaskets from graphite, ptfe and other specialised materials.

Thanks to CNC production technology, the production of gaskets is fast and efficient.

FLAT SHADOW

Manufacture of seals

Die-cut gaskets are most commonly made from the materials described below(asbestos-free plates, PTFE-based plates, graphite plates).

However, flat seals and shaped cut-outs can also be made from rubber, engineering plastics, thermal insulation materials, microporous materials, leather and other plate-like materials.

We produce seals by cutting or milling on our own CNC router with a working area of 2 100 x 3 100 mm (more details about our technology), as well as on die-cutting machines and, if necessary, we can also use water jet technology, laser and other methods of shape cutting of material.

Shaped die-cuts and flat seals are used across all areas of industry to seal flanges, valves, PCBs, piping systems, gases, oils, fuels and coolants, for example. Also for thermal insulation applications, sound insulation, as abrasion resistant elements, hopper linings and many other applications.

Thanks to our CNC production technology, we are able to efficiently and quickly handle piece production as well as the processing of large batches.

PRODUCTION OF TISSUE

Flat seals – examples of our products

Below you will find an overview of the parameters of the basic materials we use for the production of flat seals.
However, according to the requirement, the seals can also be made of other, related materials.
