SBR – general purpose rubber
They are intended for general use in places where high demands and requirements are not placed on the material.
SBR rubbers are the cheapest option and are used in many applications.
Temperature resistance -25 / +70 °C
NBR – oil-resistant rubber
Rubber resistant to mineral and animal oils, fats, petrol and petroleum products in general.
Also available in FDA-approved variants (for use in the food industry)

EPDM – weatherproof rubber
Resistant to weather conditions, aging and also to acids, alkalis and alcohols.

NBR rubber
Oil-resistant NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber ).
The rubber is resistant to mineral and animal oils, grease, gasoline, hydraulic fluids and petroleum products in general.

Neoprene (polychloroprene rubber), also abbreviated CR, is a polymer that has excellent resistance to ozone, sunlight and weather conditions.
The material is also self-extinguishing and has medium resistance to oil and gasoline.

Abrasion resistant NR (Natural para rubber). NR rubber, also called paragum, has excellent mechanical properties, strength, elasticity and abrasion resistance.
They are used, for anti-vibration damping elements, in shotguns and in other situations where abrasion resistance of the rubber is required.
Paraguma is resistant to water, most salts, mild acids and other chemicals.

Viton (FPM/FKM). FPM rubbers excel in resistance to aggressive chemicals and high temperatures. It is used for the production of elements that are subject to the highest demands and requirements.
The rubber is resistant to concentrated acids and alkalis, oils, aliphatic, aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons as well as aviation gasoline. It also offers excellent resistance to climatic influences, high temperatures and ozone.

Compared to other materials, silicone rubber (SI, MVQ) offers high flexibility at low temperatures (while maintaining properties) and very good temperature resistance. Rubber has excellent resistance to UV radiation, ozone, atmospheric influences and aging.
The rubbers are FDA approved and can be used in the food industry. Non-absorbent and impermeable to water, zero influence on the taste and smell of the medium with which it is in contact (bacteriologically indestructible) and the fact that it does not stain are the reasons why it is widely used in the food industry.

Polyurethane (PUR) excels in its mechanical properties. It is primarily an excellent ratio of elasticity, high abrasion resistance and high tear strength.
The polymer is resistant to petrol and mineral oils.
It is available in 2000 x 1000 mm or 3000 x 1000 mm boards.
We are also able to supply smaller sizes according to your wishes. Of course, die-cut gaskets and similar parts can also be made from polyurethane.

Polyurethane (PUR) is often used as a material for industrial wheels, pulleys, rollers and similar parts due to its excellent sliding properties.
We offer the service of rubberizing parts with polyurethane.
We remove the old rubber coating from the old parts, prepare the surface for new rubber coating (surface roughening) and provide new rubber coating according to your requirements.
Different mixtures of different hardnesses and colours are available.
We also offer custom rubber products.
We are able to supply standard and custom made silentblocks, rubber springs, diaphragm seals, bellows, cuffs, rubber balls and other rubber products.
Our production options also include various rubberised rails and other similar parts where rubber and metal are combined.
We also provide rubber vulcanization for the production of profile rings and similar parts.
In addition to standard rubber materials (SBR, NBR), we also offer production from red-brown silicone and other materials.
