PTFE + 40% Bronze

The PTFE+Bronze material can be used for operating temperatures from -200°C to +260°C.

This is a filled PTFE, where 60% of the material is pure PTFE complemented by 40% bronze.

Thanks to the addition of bronze, the material exhibits higher compressive strength and increased thermal and electrical conductivity. Compared to pure PTFE, the tendency to extrude is reduced while maintaining excellent sliding properties. The added bronze also ensures increased wear resistance.

Due to these properties, it is the most commonly used PTFE variant for hydraulic applications.
