Our CNC hydraulic seal manufacturing specializes primarily in custom sealing components and replacements for unavailable original parts. We manufacture a full range of seals that are used primarily in hydraulic cylinders. Piston sleeves, piston sleeves, wiper rings, guide rings and other seals for excavators and heavy equipment, hydraulic presses or agricultural machinery. We use top-quality materials and are able to deal with atypical operating conditions.

How do we manufacture the seals?

Yes, in the vast majority of cases CNC manufactured gaskets can be used as a full replacement for moulded parts, e.g. when original parts are not available.

If we have the material available in stock (we keep a wide stock of basic material), we can produce the seals in a few hours if required. The standard production time is about 2 days. If the material is not available, the delivery time is usually up to 2 weeks maximum.
