Milling of alupanels and composite materials
We can mill alupanels up to a maximum size of 3100 x 2100 mm. Thanks to our two modern CNC milling machines, we can produce the part accurately, efficiently and handle large batches. We use an optical measuring machine to check the parts. We also perform alupanel bending and other processing.




What we can solve:
Alupanel (dibond) and other sandwich composite materials are milled and further processed up to a maximum production size of 3100 x 2100 mm. We also perform bends on the part – V-grooves are milled at the bending point, which makes the bend precise and prevents the edge from breaking or cracking at the bending point. Thanks to our capacity we can produce prototypes and small series, but we can also handle large series production. We keep the most commonly used materials (3 and 4 mm thick) in stock so that we can also deal with urgent needs and requirements. We perform dimensional inspection of the part with a touch probe and we can also use our optical measuring instrument, which allows us to back up our quality with a dimensional report.
