We manufacture atypical sleeves and custom sealing elements (not only) for hydraulic cylinders. We produce the seals in the shortest possible time and with guaranteed accuracy and quality thanks to our optical measurement.

We offer the production of custom milled parts in engineering plastics, aluminum, composites, wood and many other materials. We produce parts on two state-of-the-art CNC milling machines with a working area of 3100 x 2100 mm and can offer both piece and batch production. We use an optical measuring machine to check the parts.

We produce turned parts from all technical plastics up to a diameter of 500 mm. Thanks to modern CNC technology we can efficiently produce even larger series. We use a state-of-the-art optical measuring instrument to check the parts.

Based on the mounting dimensions and operating conditions, we design the most suitable seal design for hydraulic cylinders as well as pneumatic devices. We will select the most suitable profile and material and we can also manufacture the seals directly.

We provide resealing and repair of hydraulic cylinders and other hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. We manufacture the necessary seals ourselves on CNC and can thus reseal cylinders quickly and with the accuracy guaranteed by our optical measuring instrument.

We have a state-of-the-art optical measuring device, thanks to which we can accurately measure and inspect a part up to a part size of 660 x 700 mm, including a dimensional report that guarantees the accuracy of the measurement.

On our CNC plotters we can produce any shaped part from many technical materials. We can also cut leather, cardboard, foam materials, fabrics and many other materials. We use a state-of-the-art optical measuring machine to inspect the parts.

We produce flat seals from asbestos-free materials, rubbers and other technical materials. Thanks to modern CNC we can handle even large batches. We use a state-of-the-art optical measuring instrument to check the parts.
