NR 40 Sh.A

Abrasion-resistant compact NR rubber (also known as Para rubber) with a hardness of 40° Shore A.

The rubber features high abrasion resistance, good weather resistance, and medium elasticity. It is resistant to weak acid and alkali solutions. It is not suitable for oils, solvents, or concentrated acids and alkalis.

It has a reduced hardness of 40 Sh.A, which results in increased flexibility and elastic properties. It is therefore suitable for all applications that require the lowest possible material hardness in addition to abrasion resistance.

The temperature resistance of the material is -25°C to +70°C

The rubber complies with REACH, RoHS, and PAH standards.

Examples of products and uses:

In areas subject to increased abrasion and mechanical stress on the rubber.
Anti-vibration components, damping elements, conveyor belt scrapers, lining for blasting booths,
protection of various equipment against abrasion and mechanical stress, soft sealing elements.
