Technical plastics

We offer a complete range of all commonly used engineering plastics for a wide variety of (not only) industrial applications and uses.

We also format, mill and turn engineering plastics and further machine them on our own CNC machines to produce parts exactly to your requirements.

Technické plasty

Sheets, tubes and rods

We offer materials in standard formats (mostly 2000 x 1000 mm, 3000 x 1250 mm). The standard length of rods or tubes is 1000 mm.

Our basic range consists of PE, PA, PP, PVC, POM, ABS, PTFE, PC, PEEK materials, but we also offer many other types and partial material and color variants of engineering plastics.

We will select the most suitable engineering plastic for you based on the operating conditions of the application. We always try to adhere to the material requirements as much as possible, with regard to both the function and performance of the material, as well as with an emphasis on price and delivery time.

Custom-cut pieces and formatting

We will format the selected material for you into precise cut-to-size pieces according to your requirements.

We use formatting saws and also a CNC milling center for formatting. The standard tolerance of the length and width of the cut when using a formatting saw is +/- 1 mm. When using a CNC milling machine, we can achieve even more precise tolerances. We use band saws for cutting tubes and rods.

The thickness tolerance is determined by the production program, but if needed, we can surface mill the material to any thickness, achieving very precise dimensional tolerance as well as flatness and quality of the final surface.

We maintain a wide range of basic materials in stock to be able to respond flexibly to urgent requirements or the need for only a small quantity.

Plastic machining and finished products

We further machine engineering plastics on our own CNC machines and are able to produce finished parts according to specifications. For machining, we primarily use our KiMLA BPF CNC milling routers with a working area of 2100 x 3100 mm and also a CNC lathe with the possibility of machining up to a diameter of 500 mm. Thanks to our technological equipment, we can efficiently produce even large and complex products, both in single quantities and in large series.

Machining technical plastics requires different technological processes than machining metal materials. During production, we draw on our many years of experience to always manufacture products of the highest quality and precision.
