Silicone, silicone rubber (SI, MVQ)
Compared to other materials, it offers high flexibility at low temperatures (while maintaining properties), very good temperature resistance.

Rubber has excellent resistance to UV radiation, ozone, atmospheric influences and aging.

The rubbers are FDA approved and can be used in the food industry.

Non-absorbent and impermeable to water, zero influence on the taste and smell of the medium with which it is in contact (bacteriologically indestructible) and the fact that it does not stain in any way are the reasons why it is widely used in the food industry.

We also offer transparent tubing in many standard sizes.
In the case of non-standard requirements, we can arrange custom production.

We also offer the production of custom rubber parts from silicone.

From flat rubber we can supply cuttings, cut-outs and similar parts according to your request (more info here)

We manufacture custom parts from red-brown silicone.
The most common are various profile seals, vulcanized (welded) parts, tubing and similar parts.
Different base mixes are available with different hardnesses and properties.

We offer a wide range of standardized products for which we have already prepared extrusion dies or moulds, thus making production costs more efficient.
For newly produced types, the first batch of products must be calculated with the start-up costs (typically the production of the extrusion die).
These costs are one-off and do not have to be paid for on repeat purchases, thus reducing the price of the product.
