C-HPU

The C-HPU Polyurethane material can be used for operating temperatures from -37°C to +115°C.

It is a universally applicable material for the production of sealing elements, which stands out for its mechanical properties, high abrasion resistance, elasticity, and other parameters. Due to its properties, the material is suitable for high dynamic loads. The material is FDA approved and can therefore be used in the food industry.

It is resistant to low-polar and non-polar substances – mineral oils (lubricants, hydraulic oils, fuels), vegetable and animal fats, aliphatic hydrocarbons, HFA, HFB
and HFC fluids. It is also suitable for long-term use in water (it is hydrolysis-resistant) and for diluted inorganic acids and bases.

It is not resistant to aromatic and polar solvents, or concentrated acids and bases.
