Uniflon 51

Uniflon 51 is an asbestos-free sealing sheet made of biaxially oriented PTFE with a silica (quartz) filler. It is suitable for use with most chemicals throughout the pH range of 0–14.

The material is primarily intended for high concentrations of acids (with the exception of hydrofluoric acid) and bases. It also functions reliably in environments containing solvents, fuels, water, steam, and chlorine compounds. The sheet is easy to process by cutting.

The material’s long-term temperature resistance is: 260 °C
