Hypalon, CSM

CSM Hypalon rubber is a special synthetic elastomer based on chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM), characterized by exceptional resistance to weathering, ozone, UV radiation, and oxygen exposure.

The material exhibits good chemical resistance to acids, alkalis, salt solutions, and a range of industrial chemicals, while also providing good resistance to water, steam, and oxygen. Compared to conventional rubbers, it also offers exceptional resistance to aging and weathering. It possesses excellent abrasion resistance and mechanical properties, making it a suitable choice for applications where the rubber is exposed to abrasion and mechanical wear.

The temperature resistance of the material is -30° to +130°C

The rubber complies with REACH, RoHS, and PAH standards.

Examples of products and applications:

Seals, membranes, protective covers, outdoor technical parts, and applications exposed to demanding
climatic or chemical conditions where long service life and high
operational reliability are required.
