What we can solve:

We produce shaped parts from a wide range of materials, not only technical ones. In addition to flat gasket materials (typically asbestos-free plates, graphite materials and technical rubbers), we can also cut all low-hardness plate materials – whether fabric, microporous materials, leather or cardboard, we can cut them all quickly and accurately thanks to our two CNC plotters. The working area of our machines is 3100 x 2100 mm, so we can also handle large parts and, thanks to our production capacity, large batches. For a truly accurate inspection of the part, we can use our optical measuring device which guarantees the dimensional accuracy of the part and the output is a dimensional report.

What materials do we work with?

Almost any material of low hardness can be cut. Technical materials for flat seals, technical rubbers and rubbers, as well as leather, fabrics, foams and microporous materials, cardboard, cardboard and other materials of a similar nature. Determination of requirements, assessment of technical drawing
On the basis of a technical drawing, a supplied sample or other specification, we will assess the manufacturability of the part and prepare a non-binding quotation. We will also consult and select the most suitable material with regard to the specific application.

Production preparation
Our CNC operators will prepare a production technology tailored to the specific task. Different materials need to be cut in different ways and different tools and processes need to be selected. At the same time, we also take care to maximize material utilization and reduce scrap.

Production of the part
Then comes the production itself. Thanks to advanced CNC technology, production is fast, accurate and efficient. The choice of the appropriate cutting knife, the setting of the technology parameters, all depend specifically on the material.

Part inspection, measurement
Finished shaped cut-outs are measured, checked and prepared for dispatch. For very precise measurements, we can use our optical measuring instrument, the output of which is a measurement report that guarantees the dimensional accuracy of the part and the fulfilment of the specified dimensional tolerances and accuracies.

CNC plotters can cut a wide range of materials – technical rubbers (SBR, NBR, EPDM and others), materials for flat seals, fabrics and textiles, paper, cardboard, cardboard, leather, felt, foam and microporous materials. In general, almost any low hardness material can be cut.

We can cut materials up to a thickness of approx. 150 mm.The maximum thickness depends on the type of material and the tool selected.

Cutting on CNC plotters is generally very precise. Dimensional tolerances are typically within +/- 0.1 mm. Thanks to modern CNC technology, repeatability and uniform product dimensions are ensured, even for large and complex parts.

The ideal basis for production is a technical drawing in .dwg, .dxf or .pdf format. If the drawing is not available, we can create it based on the measurement of the sample (for which we can use our highly accurate optical measuring instrument or touch probe).

CNC plotter cutting is particularly suitable for flat seals, insulation parts, protective elements, anti-vibration elements, packaging, promotional items and many other applications.

The main advantages are fast production without the need to prepare moulds, punches or other tools, high flexibility, maximum material utilisation (minimum resistance), high precision and speed.
