CNC turning of polyurethane and rubber

The production of sealing elements from polyurethanes, rubbers, elastomers and plastics is traditionally carried out by injection moulding.
This method is very efficient for large series, however, smaller or only piece production cannot be practically realized by this technology, mainly for time and economic reasons.

However, we can machine these materials on a specialized CNC lathe, which brings a number of advantages:
