NBR 65 Sh.A Premium

Rubber containing 100% NBR with increased temperature, chemical and mechanical resistance.

The material is suitable for permanent contact with oils and fuels, such as gasoline, transformer oil, biodiesel, diesel, as well as pentane, propane, natural gas and illuminating gas.

It has very good resistance to methane, diluted non-oxidizing acids and bases, and exhibits moderate resistance to ozone. It is also suitable for inorganic products with the exception of antioxidant agents and chlorine.

It is not suitable for use with polar liquids such as ketones, ethers or amines, or with concentrated acids and bases.

NBR 65 Sh.A premium is characterized by good mechanical properties, especially high tensile strength, flexural strength, good resistance to permanent deformation under pressure and low gas permeability. The shear strength reaches a value of 25 kg/cm and the material has antistatic properties with a grounding resistance of less than 10⁹ Ω.

The temperature resistance of the material is -30° to + 110°C

The rubber complies with REACH, RoHS, and PAH standards.

Long-term contact with oils and fuels, thermally and mechanically stressed parts.

Application:
