Sealing elements for hydraulics and pneumatics

The wiper ring protects the inner part of the cylinder from dirt, dust and moisture from the outside environment. It is an important sealing element that significantly increases the life of other sealing and guiding elements.

The seal that closes the cylinder. Its purpose is to prevent leakage of the medium from the device into the open space or into another part of the device. Primarily designed for sliding movements or in combination with slight rotation. It is located in the cylinder head and seals the movement of the piston rod on the inner blade.

This is usually the main active seal.
It transfers the pressure caused by the used media to the sliding motion of the piston rod and other downstream parts of the machine. It is mounted on the piston and seals the movement on the outer edge, in the cylinder.

Sealing elements of symmetrical shape that can be used as piston and piston rod seals.
In most cases it is preferable to use a specialised sealing element, however, for many applications one of the universal seals is also possible.

Their purpose is to define the clearance between the piston and cylinder or piston rod and head. They increase the mechanical resistance of the seals, prevent abrasion of the seals and reduce friction in the equipment.

O-rings are circular sealing elements used for a wide range of static and dynamic applications.
They are designed to prevent unwanted permeation or loss of liquid or gas.

Circular profiles extruded from homogeneous rubber are primarily used for sealing oversized flanges, covers, caps and other components.

The materials offered are the same as for O-rings: NBR, FPM, MVQ, CR, EPDM, PTFE.
Available in round and square cross-sections. Standard production according to ISO 3302 E2

The degree of sealing depends on the operating conditions of the component to be sealed and the lifetime requirements of the seal.
The bearings are standardized according to PN 02 9403 or DIN 3760, DIN 3761.
