We can mill aluminum composite panels and other composite materials with maximum dimensions up to 2100 x 3100 mm. Thanks to our technological equipment, our production is precise, efficient and meets the strictest quality requirements.

Description

  • Aluminum composite panels are a material very suitable for milling. In industry, they are used for example for machine and equipment covers, but are also often utilized for presentation and display parts – signs, inscriptions, logos, promotional items, etc.
  • Production is carried out on state-of-the-art KiMLA CNC milling machines, which guarantee high precision and quality of execution.
  • For aluminum composite panels, we also perform bending and can arrange painting or other surface treatments.
  • Maximum workpiece size is 2100 x 3100 mm, depending on the available format of the source material.
  • We keep aluminum composite panels in the most common thicknesses (3 and 4 mm) in stock.
  • When milling aluminum composite panels, we take into account their specific properties and machining conditions therefore differ significantly from traditional metal machining.
  • We use machining tools designed for these materials with appropriate geometry and adjust cutting conditions according to the specific material used.
  • For material bending, precise V-grooves are milled at the bend location, which ensures accurate bending and prevents cracking or breaking of the aluminum composite panel at the bend point.
