On our CNC machines, we can mill a wide range of materials with maximum dimensions up to 2100 x 3100 mm. Thanks to our technological equipment, our production is precise, efficient and meets the strictest quality requirements.
Description
- We manufacture milled parts from a wide range of special materials. Thanks to the versatility of our machines, we can machine the vast majority of non-metallic materials.
- Most commonly these are electrical insulators, mica materials, but also materials for playground construction, and we can even mill rubber materials.
- For production, we use state-of-the-art KiMLA CNC milling machines, which guarantee precision, quality and production efficiency.
- When milling atypical materials, we take into account their specific properties and machining conditions therefore differ significantly from traditional metal machining.
- We use machining tools designed for specific purposes with suitable geometry and adjust cutting conditions according to the specific material used.
