We can mill wood, plywood, and related materials up to dimensions of 2100 x 3100 mm. Thanks to our high-quality technology, our production is precise, efficient, and meets all quality requirements.
Description
- We manufacture milled parts from solid wood as well as plywood, OSB boards, MDF, and other related materials.
- Production is carried out on state-of-the-art KiMLA CNC milling machines, which guarantee high precision and quality of execution.
- In addition to milling itself, we also perform other necessary machining and processing operations – sanding, surface treatments (varnish, wax, oil).
- Thanks to laser engraving technology, we can also engrave any graphic design or mark parts according to requirements.
- When milling wood, we take into account its specific properties, which result in significant differences in machining conditions compared to, for example, metal.
- For machining wood and other materials, we therefore use specially designed cutting tools with appropriate geometry.
- Wood products are in most cases visible components, so we place maximum emphasis on the visual aspect.
