Milling of wood and plywood
We can mill wood, plywood and other related materials up to a maximum size of 3100 x 2100 mm. Thanks to our two modern CNC milling machines, we can produce the part accurately, efficiently and handle large batches. In addition to the milling itself, we also perform other necessary machining and finishing operations – e.g. grinding, surface finishing, engraving.

What we can solve:
Solid wood, but also plywood, laminate boards and other related materials are milled and processed up to a maximum product size of 3100 x 2100 mm. Thanks to our production capacity, we can produce prototypes and small batches, but we can also cope with large series production. With laser engraving technology we can also engrave any graphic motif or mark parts according to your requirements. We are aware that wood products usually serve as visual products and therefore we take care of the maximum quality of workmanship and visual aspect of the product. If necessary, we can also use our optical measuring instrument to check the product, which guarantees the quality with a measuring protocol.

In all areas of our operations, we place great emphasis on maximum quality of products and services, responsible approach to the environment, and work safety. We believe that these values are the foundation for long-term development and for building stable relationships with our customers. The confirmation of the quality of our work is the fact that we hold the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016, ISO 14001:2016, and ISO 45001:2018 certifications.
Frequently Asked Questions
What wood materials can be CNC milled?
CNC milling is suitable for solid wood, MDF, timber, laminate, plywood, OSB and other wood-based panel materials. The technology enables precise machining of simple and very complex shapes.
What are the main advantages of CNC wood milling?
The main advantages include high precision, clean edges, fast production and the possibility of repeatable mass production. CNC milling also minimises material waste and enables the production of detailed decorative and technical elements.
Where are milled wooden parts most commonly used?
Milled parts made of wood and board materials are used in the production of furniture, interiors, advertising elements, packaging, templates, design panels or structural components for industrial applications.
What is the maximum size you can produce?
Our CNC machines have a working area of 3100 x 2100 mm, which is also the theoretical maximum part size. So if the starting material is available in a large enough format, we can produce really large parts.
What is the difference between milling plywood and solid wood?
The plywood has a higher dimensional stability and less tendency to deformation due to its layered construction. Solid wood, on the other hand, reacts more to moisture and the structure of the material (e.g. the amount of knots) can affect the resulting machining quality.
Can CNC milling also create engravings and decorative elements?
Yes, CNC milling allows not only precision cutting, but also engraving or the production of decorative reliefs. The technology is often used for design panels, advertising signs or custom production of interior elements.
