Rubbers

We offer industrial rubbers in rolls with a standard width of 1400 mm, but if needed, material of other widths can be supplied. The length of one roll is usually 10,000 mm.

The core of our range consists of rubber materials such as SBR, NBR, EPDM, NR, FPM, MVQ, CR, PUR, and floor rubbers, but we also offer many other special rubber compounds and various material and color variants of technical rubbers, including FDA-certified types.

We will identify the most suitable industrial rubber for you based on the operating conditions of your application. We always strive to meet material requirements to the fullest extent, considering both the function and performance of the material or final part, as well as emphasizing price and delivery time.

We will format the selected technical rubber to precise dimensions according to your requirements. For formatting and cutting, we primarily use our CNC plotters with a working area of 3100 x 2100 mm, making the formatting process fast, efficient, and very precise.   We maintain a stock of a wide range of basic materials in various thicknesses to be able to respond flexibly to urgent requests or the need for small quantities.

We further process industrial rubber on our CNC machines and can produce many finished parts according to specifications. These include primarily flat gaskets, but also various bonded parts (rubber hoppers, sleeves, etc.), and we can also mill rubber.

We manufacture flat gaskets primarily on our KiMLA BPF CNC plotters with a working area of 2100 x 3100 mm. Thanks to our technological equipment, we can efficiently produce both large and complex products, in both single pieces and large series.

Cutting various industrial rubbers requires different technological processes, primarily due to the stiffness and toughness of some materials. In production, we draw on our many years of experience to always manufacture products of the highest quality and precision.

We also provide production of other custom rubber products. These include primarily silent blocks, bellows, rubber springs, anti-vibration elements, and other products.

Our production capabilities also include parts that combine metal and rubber. We ensure complete production of traction wheels including metal centers, rubber-coated wheels, atypical silent blocks, rubber-coated strips, rollers, and more.

We offer many base rubber compounds and polyurethane.

We ensure the complete production process from design and recommendation of suitable material, through design and preparation of the production mold, to the actual production and final processing of the product.

We also perform rubber vulcanization – production of closed rings, etc. Vulcanization is a chemical reaction that cross-links the material’s molecules, resulting in greater elasticity.
