C-HPU 72 Sh.D

The material C-HPU 72 Sh.D can be used for operating temperatures from -20°C to +110°C.

Due to its hardness, it is particularly suitable for the production of support rings, but it is also used in the production of other sealing elements. For example, it is also used for the production of pulleys, roller bearing segments and other industrial parts.

It is resistant to low-polar and non-polar substances – mineral oils (lubricants, hydraulic oils, fuels), vegetable and animal fats, aliphatic hydrocarbons, HFA, HFB, and HFC fluids. It is also suitable for long-term use in water (resistant to hydrolysis) and for diluted inorganic acids and bases.

It is not resistant to aromatic and polar solvents, or concentrated acids and bases.
