EPDM 70 Sh.A Peroxide
EPDM rubber is resistant to weathering, ozone, UV radiation, and aging, and also has good chemical resistance. It is resistant to acids, alkalis, alcohols, and brake fluid. It is also suitable for long-term contact with water.
This EPDM variant is peroxide-cured, which refers to a different method of vulcanization using peroxide. This process creates stronger and more stable bonds within the material, resulting in enhanced temperature resistance, mechanical properties, and chemical resistance.
It is not resistant to oils, greases, and petroleum products in the long term.
The material’s temperature resistance ranges from -40° to +140°C.
The rubber complies with REACH, RoHS, and PAH standards.
